Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Directs a variety of human resource-related programs to ensure that the organization’s human resource requirements are met and that employees are recruited, managed, organized, trained, evaluated and rewarded in accordance with organization’s business and human resource strategy

HR Administration:

Administers the organization’s established human resource programs so that they are implemented efficiently and equitably and comply with all relevant employment Agreements/ contracts, regulations, laws and the organization’s employment policies and standards. Collation and submission of employment income tax documentation. E-file employees' income details to IRAS under Auto-Inclusion Scheme.
Provides support and guidance for managers on Annual programs including: Performance Appraisals, Talent Management and Salary Review

Recruitment:

Implements the organization’s recruitment strategy so that job vacancies are quickly filled, new employees are smoothly integrated into the organization.

Compensation & Benefits:

Design and implement the organization’s compensation strategy so that outcomes meet business needs and are consistent with the organization’s desired internal and external market position. These programs may include job evaluation and classification, salary review, salary administration, including incentive plans, executive compensation, salary packaging and completion of survey information for external salary data providers
 
Training & Development:

Analyzes and identifies the training and development needs of the organization and its employees and develops an overall training plan to meet the human resource requirements of the organization. Develops, delivers, and evaluates training programs and curriculum so that the know-how, skills, and performance of employees meet the organization’s requirements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree from recognised University
  • 3 - 5 years of experience
  • Team player but also able to work independently to meet tight deadlines
  • Innovative, has initiative, able to identify areas of improvement and suggest ways to improve efficiency
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to deal with all levels of staff
  •
