Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the sales and operations of a branch location to achieve company sales, profitability and inventory (turn/accuracy) objectives, and develop relationships within the community to establish a strong market presence.                                            
  • Championing and implementing division wide programs
  • Analyze and communicate with Senior Management regarding sales and profitability
  • Manage, Develop, and Train Staff
  • Develop employees by ensuring that regular performance feedback is provided through Performance Management Process
  • Ensure policies and procedures are being communicated and followed
  • Sets strategic initiatives that impact the entire organization domestically and internationally

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years management experience in fashion industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Energetic with strong leadership skills
