Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Food Manager in strengthening commercial concept
  • Lead Kitchen Production Team and work closely with Food Management Team
  • Ensure efficient operations in the kitchen and cafe
  • Oversee food preparation and service to enhance visitor experience
  • Compliance of food quality and safety regulations at all times
  • Responsible for efficient cost management and financial performance (man-hour planning/productivity level, profit/cost, inventory, etc.)

 

Requirement

  • 2 years of experience in high volume fast-food service management
  • Strong passion in retail and food service industry
  • Cost-conscious and has proven leadership qualities
