Management Executive (up to $2100)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support for F&B / HQ
  • Coordinate market list/dining menu, etc.
  • Work hand-in-hand with kitchen operations crew and corporate departments (marketing/merchandising) on commercial directions
  • Prepare invoices/purchase orders
  • Liaise with suppliers/external vendors via e-mail/phone calls/skype/etc.
  • Data management duties

 

Requirements:

  • A former F&B personnel interested in administration
  • Someone who enjoys administration in a dynamic and fast-pace environment
  • Passionate to pursue career in F&B sector (good career progression)
  • Comfortable with numbers and working with Microsoft Excel & Navision
  • Meticulous with good coordination skills
