Job Responsibilities:


  • You will assist the Chef de Partie and the Demi Chef de Partie in ensuring the smooth running of the production kitchen, which caters for daily patients' meals.

  • You will also prepare the daily mise en place, plating and dishing of meals, and ensure meal quality standards are met.



  • ITE certificate / GCE 'O' / 'N' Level, and a F&B Safety & Hygiene Certificate

  • At least 4 years of work experience as a Cook all types of cuisine

  • Able to work on public holidays and weekends with staggered hours between 5am to 7pm


  • Qualification: ITC/NTC, N-Level, O-Level
