Job Responsibilities:

Salary: Up to S$5000

Location: East

Working Hours: Office Hours/ 5 Days work week

Responsibilities

  • Identifies procurement strategies to ensure cost effective F&B purchases

  • Reviews company price and quality of purchases and cost effectiveness

  • Maintains and regularly updates suppliers’ database

  • Periodically seeks alternative, better sources in terms of price and quality, for comparison and management review

  • Responsible for inventory and suppliers’ monthly performance reports

  • Works closely with warehouse for logistics and delivery arrangements

  • Conducts adhoc outlet checks and stock take on products purchased / delivered

  • Oversees the whole purchasing function

  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma in purchasing or equivalent

  • 3 to 5 years experience in F&B procurement, preferably in a managerial or supervisory position

  • Good understanding of purchasing / procurement systems

  • Analytical, meticulous with good negotiation and communication skills
