Role & Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customised bedside service - obtain particulars from patient once settled down in ward, registration
  • Oversee and ensure patient is well taken care of
  • Some admin duties


Skills & Knowledge
  • At least 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • People-oriented, flexible, adaptable and positive work attitude
  • Proficient in MS Office
