Manager/Assistant Manager (Corporate Development)

Job Responsibilities:


  • Support Senior Manager in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM).

  • Work with key stakeholders to implement and maintain ERM/BCM framework, policy and processes.

  • Review, maintain and update BCM/ERM documents.

  • Facilitate risk assessment and BCM tests/exercises.

  • Compile, aggregate and analyse risk report, where appropriate for Executive Management's information and review.

  • Plan and facilitate ERM and BCM training/briefing.

  • Oversee the maintenance of departmental Quality Management System/ Budget/ Workplace Safety & Health documents to ensure full compliance.

  • Handle ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time.


  • General university degree, or equivalent.

  • Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and/or Business Continuity Management (BCM) qualification/certification preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

  • Knowledge of BCM and/or ERM.

  • Skills in facilitation, project management, event management, interpersonal and Microsoft applications.
