Job Responsibilities:
The Challenges
You will provide operations and administrative support in the assigned clinical and/or patient service areas. Your responsibilities would include monitoring key operational and financial performance indicators, facilitating developmental projects, continuously improve service quality levels, performing budget preparations, and assuming coordinating roles with associated business units.
You should be an independent, organised and self-driven individual who is keen to take up evolving opportunities provided to develop your career in healthcare management.
You will contribute towards the building and maintenance of operational excellence, towards evidence-based improvement of healthcare processes and services. There will be opportunities for you to interact with other departments internal and external to the company.
The Requirements
Bachelors degree
Minimum with 2 - 3 years of work experience
Experience with practical aspects of hospital operations is an added advantage
Team player with ability to exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment is a must
Proficient in MS Office applications and a flair for numbers are essential
Meticulous and analytical, possess good organizational and coordination skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills
