Manage Vessels chartered for crude activity to achieve maximum benefit.
Responsible for preparation of post-fixture of each vessel chartered by , including preparing voyage instruction, monitoring the voyage and communicating with broker to ensure smooth operation throughout the voyage.
Calculate, verify and confirm vessel operational expenses (freight, charter hire, port charges/dues, mooring/unmooring, tug boat, ROB and oil loss) as well as provide chartering relevant information for billing/payment purposes.
Examine, analyze, and resolve immediate operational problems related to vessels (e.g. pump breakdown, vessel delay/out of order, low flow rate, ROB).
Responsible for negotiating, verifying and processing all type of claims incurred.
Negotiate and process claims for damages/incidents incurred during cargo delivery (e.g. Demurrage, Oil Loss, Free Water, ROB) in accordance with sales/purchase contractual agreement (FOB, CNF, CIF, EXW and DES) as well as vessel chartering contract (charter party) for Crude.
Responsible for deal execution and commercial contract.
Prepare and counter commercial contracts related to Crude activities, mainly for Physical cargo, as well as, confirm price with counterparties and provide price memo to finance team.
Responsible for crude oil operational activities.
Cooperate with supplier and customer on vessel nomination, surveyor appointment, as well as, related operational matters.
Monitor and prepare reports for operational matters, performance and cargo loss/gain.
Responsible for managing and cooperating with terminal operators for Floating storage.

Requirements:
Degree / Diploma holder
3 - 4 years of relevant experience in similar industry
