Working Hours: Office Hours/ 5 days work week
Responsibilities

Providing operational oversight in the areas of community engagement and outreach programmes, population health management and post-acute care, you will drive strategic initiatives, lead and implement strategic plans, undertake development projects, and formulate business proposals for cost-effective and sustainable models of care delivery, including performance management of key indicators.

You are expected to possess proven leadership quality and management competency to drive and coordinate the broad spectrum of assigned units operations to be in line with Company's strategic directions.

You should be an independent and self-driven individual with a passion for healthcare, and is keen to take up evolving opportunities provided to develop your career in healthcare management.
Requirements

A good degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.

Those with exposure to healthcare financial areas and practical knowledge / ownership of hospital operations, clinical operations units and project management have an added advantage

Meticulous and analytical, possess good organizational and coordination skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills.

Driven, passionate and service oriented.

Ability to exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
