Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Provide business partners administration support in all HR matters relating to Hospital manpower planning, end to end recruitment process, performance reviews, implementation of policy and procedures, and labour relations
  • Provide guidance and advice to operations staff on HR policies and procedures as and when needed
  • Responsible for the updating and maintenance of the database in the HRMS
  • Participate in HR projects and provide any other HR services as and when assigned

 

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management
  • At least 5 years work experience (for senior executive) in HR operations and HR business partnership
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and preferably in Peoplesoft HRMS
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiar with local labour law and related statutory regulations
