Provide business partners administration support in all HR matters relating to Hospital manpower planning, end to end recruitment process, performance reviews, implementation of policy and procedures, and labour relations
Provide guidance and advice to operations staff on HR policies and procedures as and when needed
Responsible for the updating and maintenance of the database in the HRMS
Participate in HR projects and provide any other HR services as and when assigned
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management
At least 5 years work experience (for senior executive) in HR operations and HR business partnership
Proficient in MS Office applications and preferably in Peoplesoft HRMS
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Familiar with local labour law and related statutory regulations
