Job Responsibilities:

 

Overall Purpose of the role:

  • To set up excellent quality standard in accordance to requirement of GMP/GDP as specified by HSA
  • To support the Administrative Executive to handling product queries, sales quotation and medical consultation

Responsibilities:

  • Determining, negotiating and agreeing in-house quality procedures, standards and/or specifications in accordance with the Health Science Authority (HSA) standard requirement of GMP/GDP.
  • Carrying out all the required procedures (SOPs) specified in our Site Master File as approved by HSA for medicinal products and medical devises in accordance to standard requirement of GMP/GDP
  • Conducting Internal Audit and Management Review with the Quality Control Management Team
  • Assisting the auditors from HSA and other accredited Body to conduct annual GMP/GDP audit of our warehouse
  • Handling post audit queries regarding GMP/GDP from HSA.
  • Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met
  • Setting customer service standards
  • Investigating and setting standards for quality/health and safety
  • Ensuring that re-assembly processes comply with standards at both national and international level
  • Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures
  • Writing management/technical reports (SOPs)
  • Determining training needs
  • Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance/quality
  • Directing objectives to maximise profitability
  • Recording, analysing and distributing statistical information
  • Monitoring performance
  • Assuring the quality of in-coming and out-going goods are met by following strictly to the procedure of re-checking the goods prior to accepting the order or delivery of goods.
  • Supervising warehouse staff to ensure quality standard is not compromised.
  • Ensuring distribution of the products to our customers follow strictly to HSA rules and regulations of Medicines Act, Poisons Act and Misuse of Drugs Act
  • Supporting the Administrative staff in attending to quotations, customers' queries and medical consultation.

Requirements:

  • Singapore registered Pharmacist
  • Pharmacy Degree with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience. Familiar with Health Science Authority(HSA) standard requirements of GMP/GDP.
  • Excellent organizational, planning and problem solving skills
  • Team player with a good attitude
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
