Manager - Planning & Production Control Oil & Gas Sector
Job Responsibilities:
Salary: Up to S$8000
Location: West
Working Hours: Office Hours/5 days work week
Responsibilities

Create; lead the planning and implementation of the project and track Project deliverables.

Implement and manage project changes and achieve project outputs.

Review project plans and control budget and monitor all jobs to ensure compliance with customer’s requirements.

Provide technical advice during construction.
-
Determine resources and develop work schedules required for effective completion of project.
-
Control sub-contractors’ activities and manage resource allocation.
-
Make Project close out reports consisting of evaluation, assessment of results and lessons learnt.

Liaise on warranty claims and after-sales service.
-
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
-
Effective monitoring and enforcing of all quality and safety aspects.

Review the shipbuilding / ship repair contracts
Requirements
-
Min Degree in Engineering Discipline.
-
PMP certification preferred.
-
Experience in Project management tools is an advantage.
-
Knowledge in practical and theoretical aspects of new building.

Knowledge about contracts administration.
-
Minimum 7 years experience in Shipyard or oil and Gas organization.

Proven Experience in risk management.
