Work with GS Manager in managing corporate services and review to enhance scopes of service for Mailroom & Travel Desk.
Tracking of Spend vs budget; support Employee Integration activities as a team.
Requirements
Degree in Facility Management or equivalent
2 to 3 years relevant experience preferably in consumer or manufacturing brands or PR/Advertising agency in facility management / company administration.
Natural flair in interpersonal and communications skills; mature and pleasant disposition with people oriented attitudes, enjoy dealing with diversity of cultures; Proactive, high in initiatives, systematic and a dynamic team player.
