Job Responsibilities:

 Job Responsibilities 

  • Supervising cooks and kitchen helpers, and making sure all employees adhere to health and safety standards
  • Purchase food and kitchen supplies,
  •  Investigate and resolve any customer complaints about food quality or service
  • Organizing and rotating all food stock, and keeping track of inventory.
  • Maintain high level of food presentation and standard food quality according to standard operating procedure
  • Producing standard food according to the chefs forecast

Job Requirement 

  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in  Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent  will be advantage
  • Passion for food and culinary arts
  • Ability to lead from the front, commit to long working hours.
  • Working Location: Orchard
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days/week/shift work


  • Qualification: Diploma, ITC/NTC, N-Level, O-Level, Others
  • Years Exp: 1
  • Salary range: From: $3,200 To: $3,600
  • Location: Central, West
  • Full Time
