Job Responsibilities:

Salary: Up to S$8000

Location: Central

Working Hours: Office Hours/ 5 days work week

Responsibilities

  • You will work closely with the line managers and relevant management to provide professional HR advice

  • Support and service delivery in the key areas of recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management and change management to support business objectives.

  • You will also participate in ad hoc projects from time to time.

Requirements

  • A good degree, in HR or related disciplines, from a reputable university; a postgraduate diploma in HRM is advantageous

  • Minimally 8 to 10 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in healthcare, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

  • Highly adaptable, resourceful, meticulous and self-driven team leader with integrity

  • Strong organisational / leadership skills and works well under pressure

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to connect and engage both external and internal stakeholders

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications; familiar with SAP

  • Effective communicator with excellent writing and public speaking skills

  • Team player with strong affinity for numbers and a good eye for details
