Job Responsibilities:

Job Scope
Liaise with Club Contracted Caterer on Banquet Functions
Daily inspection on cleanliness and functional facilities of the Club House
Inspection, delegation and checking on Housekeeping Vendor on thorough cleaning of Club House on maintenance day every fortnightly
Daily checking of Food & Beverage Outlets: Golfers Terrace & Staff Canteen on operation hours, food hygiene, F&B Services and food availability to be sold to members and staff
Daily checking of Halfway Houses at Golf Course on cleanliness, operation hours, food hygiene and food availability to be sold to members and staff
Perform checks on Security Guards on duty
Preparations of tenders on external contracts for Club Facilities
Assist in managing daily Golf Operations, attend to feedbacks and rectify complaints and offer solutions
Assist in Golf Tournament preparations
Manage golfers at the Golfers Terrace during Cat-1 situation
Perform Duty Executive in rotation with 2 other Assistant Golf Executives
Requirements
Diploma in Food & Beverage Services or equivalent with at least 3 years in similar capacity
Knowledge of golf would be an added advantage
Must be prepared to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays
Customer-service oriented with good interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and negotiating skills
