Job Responsibilities:
Job Scope:
You will be responsible for the acquisition of members from Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
This will involve you making sales pitches to external partners and being well suited to engage senior and top management for buy-in.
You will have the initiative to build new leads and to drive growth of the SME programme.
You should work closely with account managers, various internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
You will also be involved in ad hoc projects and engagement events according to the Protection, Progression, Placement and Privileges aspects of membership from SMEs.
Requirement:
Degree in Marketing or Business
At least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in membership marketing or sales
Demonstrated good track record in handling business partnerships and account management
Results oriented, KPIs driven and effective in planning and organising
Strong communication, good in Microsoft Powerpoint and presentation skills
Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills and people oriented
Previous experience with SMEs will be an added advantage
