Job Responsibilities:

IT Helpdesk Consultant

(12 Hours shift, No Experience Required)

Islandwide locations, 1 year contract, renewable!

Job Scope

• First point of contact for users/clients

• Assisting clients / users remotely to resolve their IT / PC issues

• Answering queries regarding basic IT Services and applications

• Assisting service requests such as creating account etc

• Other duties as required.

Requirements

• Min Nitec or Diploma in IT related disciplines

• No Experience required, training will be provided

• Able to work 12 hour shifts

• Good communication skills, able to understand and resolve client's issues over the phone

• Qualification: A-Level, Diploma, ITC/NTC

• Salary range: From: $1,700 To: $2,200
