Central, 5.25 work week!

 

Working location : Central

 

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Alternate Saturdays ½ day only

 

Job Description:

  • Scheduling of Surgeries and assist with administrative functions in the Listing Unit

  • Perform Pre-Operative Financial Counselling such as estimated cost of surgery, modes of payment and payment methods

  • Advise patients on pre-surgery matters such as fasting, medications and documents required for submission before surgery

  • Attend to telephone enquiries from patients

  • Liaise with doctors, nurses and internal departments on clarifications of OT scheduling and patient matters

  • Provide general information to patients on the various clinical services and facilities

  • Maintain tidiness and neatness of the Listing Suite / Room at all times

 

Requirements:

  • Min GCE ‘N’, 'O' Levels or Diploma in any discipline

  • Customer service or Healthcare experience will be advantageous

  • Salary range: From: $1,800 To: $3,000
