Customer Service Executive / Patients Service

Job Responsibilities:


Provide prompt and quality front-line services to patients 

- Registration and scheduling of appointments for patients and collecting of payments from patients


GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in any discipline

- Experience in healthcare, hospitality or frontline customer service will be an advantage

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to perform on 2 rotating shifts (including weekends and Public Holidays), No overnight shift
