Job Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Shipment handling, booking, documentation and data entry.
  • Handling of shipping instructions, overseas agents and contractors.
  • Coordinate with customers regarding shipments.
  • Provide customer service and invoicing to customers.
  • Ensure smooth flow of incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Liaise with hauilers/freight forwarders on import/export shipments
  • Handle any other ad-hoc / administrative duties


Requirements:

  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess good telephone service skills
  • PC Literate, able to use Microsoft Office



Other Info:
Working Hour: Mon - Fri, 9:00am-6:30pm (5 Days work week)
