Job Responsibilities:

Job Description:

  • Monthly payroll computation of doctor’s professional fees and pay
  • Assist in preparing and submitting relevant statutory and government statistics and reports
  • Ensure data integrity in the maintenance of HRIS
  • Keep track and renew headship and Visiting Consultants appointments

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder with minimum one (1) year of working experience in full spectrum of HR
  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong co-ordination and follow up skills, and is able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, namely Excel and Word (Eg: vlookup and pivot table)

 

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Alternate Saturdays
