Clinical Research Coordinator/Nurse (Nurses Looking for a Change!) Established Hospital
Job Responsibilities:
- Planning, organizing and coordinating workflow of clinical trials.
- Assist the investigators to recruit, screen and follow-up on participants of the study, in strict adherence to the study protocol, Singapore Good Clinical Practice Guidelines and other applicable regulatory and ethical requirements
- Handle entry and validation of study data, extraction of relevant information from medical records, reporting of adverse events, maintenance of investigator files and other essential documentation
- Coordinate scheduling and conduct of clinic visits/tests for study participants, as well as related finances and logistics
- Perform study procedures and sample collections on study participants during clinic/ward visits
- Administer questionnaires and phone interviews on study participants, explain and review study diaries completed by study participants
- Support in other functions such as general administration or coordination as required by the trials.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Nursing or Degree in Nursing/Life Science, prior clinical research experience will be advantageous
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivator, proactive, meticulous and possess excellent organizational skills
- Multi-tasking capabilities
- Microsoft office skills
