Senior HR Executive / Manager - Compensation & Benefits

Job Responsibilities:

Specialization: Compensation & Benefits 
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm 


Responsibilities:

  • Alignment and benchmarking of employees benefits
  • Maintain and implement employee-relations policies, as needed, to facilitate and ensure alignment with company strategy
  • Manage recruitment and selection of employees for PAL Group of Companie
  • Contribute to areas involving performance management, compensation and benefits, succession planning and training for the Group
  • Communicate with employees on Group HR matters.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations for all regional entities
  • Consolidation of monthly salaries and Headcount Report from all entities and provide detailed analysis for Management Reporting
  • Ensure adequacy of health and safety procedures of the Group.

  • Specialized in Compensation & Benefits
