Job Responsibilities:

Job Description:

• Registration of patients visit, issuance of queue ticket, retrieves or create patient records and assist in any administrative work required at front counter
• Schedule follow-up appointments for patients and advice on the necessary tests / investigations
• Liaise with doctors, nurses and internal departments on any clarifications for patient matters

Requirements:

• GCE O/ N levels, Nitec, Diploma
• Customer service or Healthcare experience will be advantageous
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
