Job Responsibilities:

Location: Outram Park

Working hours: 8am - 5pm, Mondays to Fridays

Assignment Duration: 26 Oct 2015 - 25th Feb 2016 (4 months)

Remuneration: $12/hour

Job Scope:

  • Provide efficient administrative services
  • Promote postgraduate medical education and training initiatives such as fellowship management and events management
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to enhance the standard of training and events for the medical education centre

Requirements:

  • Degree holder, preferably with some administrative experience
  • Enjoys organising activities and meeting people
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications,able to organise and multi-task
