Job Scope:

Telemarketing

• Telemarketing campaigns on specific product to acquire new leads
• Schedule appointments for our solutions manager to visit the end users for closure of leads
• Calls to resellers and end users to attend our solutions seminar, product launch, training, etc.
• Calls to our resellers to profile their business so as to launch the right promotion product bundle
• Calls to new target group to conduct telephone survey

Pre-event organization

• Database management
• Reminder emails/ calls
• Compilation of seminar kits and giveaway bags

On-site organization

• Reception & registration
• Set-up branding materials

Requirements:

• Min GCE O levels or Diploma in any discipline
• Cheerful and pleasant disposition
• Keen in customer service and willing to go the extra mile
• Enjoys a mix of call centre and events environment.
