 Job description:

  • Attend to patients, prepare inpatient admission documents, update patient information in systems/records and arrange for appropriate personnel to attend to patients.
  • Provide discharge documents, obtain follow-up appointments, operation/readmission listing appointments, update patient information in systems/records, notify the necessary parties about patient discharge and despatch documents/forms/notes.
  • Assist enquiries and requests from patients, public/patients relatives, visitors and colleagues.
  • Handle general clerical duties to ensure the ward is functioning appropriately with good clerical support.
