Leasing Executive / Senior Executive Human Resource
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor all current and future vacancies to proactively react to future occupancy needs
- Source and secure suitable tenants that fit into the desired tenant mix at the mall
- Handle leasing enquiries and make necessary recommendation of retail spaces to prospoects
- Evaaluate the prospective tenant proposl to make recommandation to approving parties for acceptance
- Negotiate and finalise rental and other terms and conditions with potential tenants
- Prepare and complete relevent lease and required documents
- Work with tax consultant to ensure fair AV for all units or file objections for those with excessive
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Extate Management, Building or equivalent
- Min 3 years of relevant experience in a shopping mall
- Sound understanding in the real estate industry
