Job Responsibilities:

· Able to assist on enquiries, referrals, specialist appointments, admissions (including evacuation) etc
· Capable on making outbound calls to customers/ patients to finalize and close enquiries including proposal appropriate services and specialist
· Make accurate data entry to the CRM and maintain proper document records and be well-organized at all times
· Able to liaison with direct calls and analytical skill on telephone faults /faxes machine and coordinate with patient room
· To assist in contacting doctors upon request
· Have the knowledge of code blue situation
Requirements:
· Relevant working experience in healthcare industry is a plus
· Those with relevant experience would be considered for a Team Lead position.
