Job Responsibilities:

Operations and Marketing Executive

Manage the Marketing and Operational functions of the company, including: Brand(s) Marketing, Promotional Activities, Events, Sponsorships, CSR Projects etc.

Job Scope:

• Plan, organise and manage above the line activities, events, social media etc to support overall marketing activities.
• Effective negotiation and management of budget for wider media exposure for the brands.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with media owners.
• Brainstorm, conceptualize and implement branding and marketing campaigns for assigned brand portfolios to meet business objectives
• Liaise with other departments and agencies to achieve campaign objectives
• Copywriting and proof read marketing material for offline and online communication channels
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity
• Evaluate marketing campaigns
• Be up to date with the latest marketing trend
• Provide weekly marketing report.
• Responsible for planning, managing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve company's objectives.
• Control and manage marketing budget.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing or relevant discipline
  

• Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience preferably in FMCG industry
• Possess high analytical skills to examine local market situation
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant personality
• Committed, Creative, Resourceful and Meticulous
