Manage the Marketing and Operational functions of the company, including: Brand(s) Marketing, Promotional Activities, Events, Sponsorships, CSR Projects etc.
Job Scope:
Plan, organise and manage above the line activities, events, social media etc to support overall marketing activities.
Effective negotiation and management of budget for wider media exposure for the brands.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with media owners.
Brainstorm, conceptualize and implement branding and marketing campaigns for assigned brand portfolios to meet business objectives
Liaise with other departments and agencies to achieve campaign objectives
Copywriting and proof read marketing material for offline and online communication channels
Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity
Evaluate marketing campaigns
Be up to date with the latest marketing trend
Provide weekly marketing report.
Responsible for planning, managing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve company's objectives.
Control and manage marketing budget.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Marketing or relevant discipline
Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience preferably in FMCG industry
Possess high analytical skills to examine local market situation
Good interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant personality
