Job Responsibilities:

Role: Temp Logistics Customer Service & Admin

Duration: 3 months (Maternity cover) - Start Work Immediately!

Location: Penjuru

Working hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm; Saturdays 9am to 1pm

Salary: $7/hour

 

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customer enquiries
  • Fix delivery appointment with customers
  • Perform office administrative functions such as filing, typing, faxing, photocopying. Data-entry, updating customers
  • Answer incoming calls and take messages accordingly
  • Assist in finding past year documents for finance team for billing purposes
  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when required

 

Requirements:

  • Able to start asap/ immediately and commit for at least 3 months
  • Able to work independently
  • Fast learner and able to cope with fast-paced environment
  • Possess some admin experience and has proper phone etiquette
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
