Part Time Accounts Assistant (1/2 day AM/Yishun)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend to payment related queries and follow up on any outstanding issues and invoices.
  • Follow up with requestor on the timeliness and completeness of GRN.
  • Assist to perform reconciliation with Supplier's Statement of Accounts and liaise with vendor/departments to resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Prepare and post month end journal entries for AP related transactions issues and invoices.
  • Ensure timely and accurate book close for Accounts Payable function.
  • Support process improvement initiatives.
  • Any other adhoc duties assigned by Financial Accounting Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of Accounting Experiences in Accounts Payable
  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent qualification
  • Basic knowledge of AP Data processing and report extraction is a must.
  • Basic knowledge in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Candidates pursuing part time studies may apply
