Job Responsibilities:

 Responsibilities

• Supervise, motivate and lead a team of operators to achieve production target
• Plan & train operators on workflow, system and control quality
• Plan & control stock level for WIP & raw material
• Lead the shopfloor to achieve daily production target within cost and meeting quality requirement.
• Ensure safety and security of the work place
• Participate in process troubleshooting and process improvement
• Any other responsibilities as assigned

• Diploma / ITE in Mechanical Engineering / or relevant
• At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience as a production supervisor in a manufacturing set up
• Independent and willing to perform multi­tasking duties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Preferred with Class 3 driving licence
• Able to start work within short notice

• Qualification: Diploma, ITC/NTC, N-Level
• Years Exp: 3
• Salary range: From: $2,500 To: $3,000
