Job Responsibilities:

Job Duties:

  • Administrative duties including proper filing of documents, keeping track of invoices
  • Mail sorting to respective departments
  • Sending reminders to Accounts department for payment and invoices
  • In-charge of ordering of stationary
  • Handling incoming calls
  • Manage meeting rooms
  • Liaising with the courier for parcel collection and delivery
  • Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in any discipline
  • Min 2 - 3 years of experience in Administrative work
  • Able to work as a team and independently
