Senior Marketing Executive / Urgent / Up to $4500

Job Responsibilities:

Job Scope:

•           Work closely with the Sales Team
•         Project and vendor management for execution of marketing activities

• Management of marketing/corporate literature and collaterals
• Responsible for the copy writing and design for corporate and marketing collaterals/materials
• Consolidate customer information and data by using Excel and SalesForce
• Support marketing communication team send out samples, prepare PowerPoint presentations and consolidate spreadsheets
• Responsible for sourcing, selecting and ordering of premiums to support sales/marketing efforts
• Co-ordinate the printing and updating of marketing collaterals with internal and external parties
• Organize / co-ordinate trade exhibitions, joint promotions, sponsorships, various events including drafting of proposal detailing the entire event, promotion mechanism and event day and liaising with other parties to ensure that the event is run smoothly
• Provide daily marketing support to Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam distributors
• Contribute to innovative ideas and marketing techniques to enhance the marketing strategies

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor degree in Marketing/ Business/ Management or relevant
• Min 4 years of relevant experience in marketing role
• Proficiency in using software such as Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver
• Strong experience in project managemen
•  Strong communication skill
