Job Responsibilities:

 Working Location: Novena

• Handling phone enquiries, managing appointments, and other support
• Make outbound calls to customers/ patients to finalize and close enquiries
• Make accurate data entry to the CRM and maintain proper document records
• Co-ordinate with other teams, on follow up/escalated cases
• To handle and direct calls/faxes to the department

• Candidates with customer service / call center experience
• Good telephone etiquette
• Strong communication skills
• Must be a team player
• Able to work independently
