Job Responsibilities:

  • Making sales calls to new and existing clients to obtain new sales orders
  • Assessing clients’ recruitment needs and proposing possible solutions to assist their recruitment needs
  • Establish strong relationship with clients by securing client appointments and conducting sales presentation together with Team Lead/BD
  • Assessing job orders’ requirements and conducting research for the candidates sourcing
  • Management of candidates’ database
  • Sourcing of candidates’ profiles through job portal, in-house database, referrals and etc
  • Managing client and candidates’ expectation and involve in negotiations

 
Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree
  • Sales driven and positive attitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Preferably 1-2 years of recruitment sales/account management/Inside Sales experiences will be preferred
