Job Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for full set of HR functions.
  • Responsible for the recruitment, processing, on-boarding, personnel administration and exit of Corporate staff.
  • Ensure and establish proper HR internal policies.
  • Management of training and development.
  • Management of compensation and benefit schemes and strategies.
  • Monitor the leave administration process.
  • Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
  • Minimum degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant hands-on HR generalist experience working in finacial environmentwith proven track record in recruitment, compensation & benefit and training.
  • Knowledge of Employment Act and MOM regulations.
  • Self-motivated, meticulous, initiative, and possess positive attitude.
  • Possess good writing & communication skills with all level.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadline.
  • Able to commence work immediately or within short notice.
