Responsible for the recruitment, processing, on-boarding, personnel administration and exit of Corporate staff.
Ensure and establish proper HR internal policies.
Management of training and development.
Management of compensation and benefit schemes and strategies.
Monitor the leave administration process.
Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Requirements:
Minimum degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 3 years of relevant hands-on HR generalist experience working in finacial environmentwith proven track record in recruitment, compensation & benefit and training.
Knowledge of Employment Act and MOM regulations.
Self-motivated, meticulous, initiative, and possess positive attitude.
Possess good writing & communication skills with all level.
Proficient in MS Office.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadline.
Able to commence work immediately or within short notice.
