Job Responsibilities:

 Job Duties

  • Providing administrative support to the Department
  • Assist in tracking and collation of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), providing secretariat support
  • Scheduling of meetings and taking notes, dissemination of research announcements, tracking of fixed assets, providing support for department events
  • handling ad-hoc information requests/inquiries
  • updating of database and filing, processing of claims etc. 

 

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in any field 
  • Proficient in MS office applications, such as, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Meticulous, well-organised and ability to multi-task.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work well in teams.
  • 3 months temp convertible to contract/ perm with benefits
