 Admin cum Receptionist (1 year contract)

Our client is a worldwide major player in the trade, shipping and energy sectors, with a reach of more than 120 countries worldwide.

Mon to Fri, 8.30pm - 6pm

Full time Contract position with Benefits 

Location: Harbourfront

Immediate start work! 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and forward incoming calls to relevant personnel
  • Attend to internal / external guests, answer their queries and direct them to respective personnel / departments
  • Sort, record and distribute incoming mails
  • Prepare and arrange outgoing mails/courier
  • Booking and maintaining of meeting rooms
  • Stock replenishment of Pantry Supplies and Office Stationery
  • Assist in Administrative duties such as monthly occurring invoices and purchase orders for office suppliesBasic housekeeping of the reception and lounge areasAny other ad-hoc duties assigned as and when required 

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE N Level with some experience in a front-line and admin role preferred
  • Service oriented with pleasant disposition and positive attitude
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently

  • Qualification: A-Level, Degree, Diploma, ITC/NTC, Masters & Above, N-Level, O-Level
