l Work with domestic recruitment team to build Recruitment Plan. Sole contributor role
l Proactively responding business needs and liaise across the organization on all levels to understand recruitment requirements.
l Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline by different channels, provide feedback to the business, and identify and source top talent by researching, attending conferences and events, networking, and promoting corporate referral programs.
l Develop interview guides for talent acquisition and manage the candidate experience by ensuring that candidates have a positive interaction at all stages of the recruitment process.
l Guide team Track critical recruitment data, produce regular and ad-hoc metrics and reporting on recruiting activities.
l In addition to recruitment work, also need to be responsible for some administrative work, and other work assigned by the leadership
Qualification
l Minimum 3 years recruitment experience in the IT industry.
l Bachelor degree in Business Admin or HR is a strong plus.
l Strong communication skills, ability to manage change and prioritize.
l Flexible and adaptive to fast pace and highly demanding environment.
l Able to communicate with HQ in China
