Job Responsibilities:
You will be providing administrative support to the Health Promotion and Preventive Care Department. You will support both corporate and community health screening programs as well as other community outreach programs.
Your duties also include compilation of organizational and personal health screening reports for the clients, registration and data entry etc. You will also be responsible for the preparation of reports, letters and memos for the department where necessary.
Requirements
• Diploma holder with 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Pleasant disposition with good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
• Strong team player
• Ability to multitask
