Job Responsibilities:

 

 

Job Scope

  • Provide front office, operational and administrative support to Senior HR and the management team.
  • Provide a warm and hospitable welcome for visitors and guests.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing calls through the mainline in a professional and prompt manner.
  • Support preparation of refreshments for meetings.
  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of meeting rooms at all times.
  • Manage day-to-day office administration and operations.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Diploma.
  • At least 1-2 years relevant work experience.
  • Receptionist experience in Financial industry will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Pleasant personality, proactive and able to work independently.
  • Able to work with people at all levels.
  • Able to start work immediately.
