HR Executive


Job Responsibilities:


  • Provide support to the HRBP in managing recruitment for the regional business units
  • Assist in full spectrum of HR functions such as onboarding, employee engagement and relations, performance management, exits and training for regional business units
  • Provide recommendations and support in formulating and implementing new HR initiatives and strategies for Singapore and Regional business units
  • Responsible for consolidation of monthly HR reports for the Group and generate statistical reports as and when required
  • To act as liaison between the Company and employees and ensure smooth communication and prompt resolutions of all queries
  • Undertake any ad hoc projects and duties as assigned by Immediate Supervisor


  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or equivalent
  • Min 3 years of relevant HR experience
  • Experience in in-house recruitment is necessary
  • Knowledge in Singapore labour law is required
  • Knowledge in labour laws in Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam is preferred
  • Excellent presentation skills and strong in both verbal and written communication
  • Possess good understanding of HR process, practices and local employment law
  • Meticulous, responsible, resourceful with high degree of professional integrity and ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Energetic, fast learning with a can-do attitude
  • Comfortable working with staff at all levels


Salary: $3000 to $3500
