Patient Service Associate (Call Center) x 4

Job Description:

  • You need to answer and manage all general enquires from patients and members of the public with the highest service quality standards such as arranging appointments, Billing enquires, etc
  • Office working hours, Mon to Fri + alternate Saturday half day and/or 6 days work week with 2 to 3 rotating shifts (including midnights)


  • GCE N, O or A Levels, Certificate in office skills
  • proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good tele-conversational skills 
  • Good pleasant, interpersonal and communication skills
