Senior Patient Service Associate

Job Responsibilities: 

·       Provide frontline Customer services, for Pre-operations and Admission

·       Provide pre-operations schedule and coordination services

·       Advise patients on admission processes

·       Provide financial counselling

·       Collect deposits from Patients

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays (half day)

Requirements:

·       Local Diploma

·       Have Customer service experience

·       Customer orientated

·       Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

Salary:

$1800- $2200
