Job Responsibilities:

Job Scope:

  • Provide operational support for the efficient functioning of the Medical Records department.
  • You will be responsible for the updating, tracking, filing, retrieval, maintenance, and despatch of case notes to clinics and wards in a timely and efficient manner.  

Requirements:
  • Min GCE ‘O’ Level, or GCE ‘N’ Level with NITEC in Office Skills, preferably with relevant work experience in registry, logistics or warehousing environment
  • Good team player with positive working attitude
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Candidates are required to handle heavy equipment of at least 12kg and stand for long hours
